Also this year we decided again to spend our holiday in Asia.

This time it should go to South East Asia. We chose Singapore and Bali, the dream island in the Indonesian archipelago with incredible variety of cultures and landscapes.

It was the first time we bocked our flight with Singapore Airlines. It is not for nothing this airline belongs to the top ten with outstanding service and entertainment. We felt comfortable onboard the airplanes. First of all we spent 4 days in Singapore in the 4 1/2* Swisshotel Merchant Court located direct at the Singapore River

and nearby points of interest as the Clarke and Boat Quay, a collection of restaurants and bars, which are well-attended especially in the evening. Ethnic districts as Chinatown and Little India can be visited in any case. Additional an endless number of very big shopping centers, where someone can get really lost. A special highlight was the visit to our corporate office and the dinner at the east coast with our two colleagues.

From Singapore we flew to Bali. In the 4 1/2* Hotel Bali Hyatt Sanur we stayed for another 12 days to swim and relax. A day trip to the north into the high volcanic area on Lake Batur, the rice terraces and the Mother Temple Besakih has brought us closer the beautiful landscapes of the island.

What a shame, the time has gone too fast again.
